Frank Schilling reported confirmed that he invested $60 million in his company and it is pursuing 54 gTLDs including the [[.lol]] and [[.home]]. Schilling knew that both strings are highly desirable and will definitely auctioned by ICANN. Google previously announced that its application for the .lol and GoDaddy and other companies also applied for [[.home]] domain name string.
