Fei's deep familiarity with intellectual property enforcement in China is further enhanced by time spent on the staff of the one of China's largest Customs Departments (the Guangzhou Office) for 5 years. There he was responsible for handling complex international trade issues involving counterfeiting/gray market goods, anti-smuggling efforts, administrative reviews, and appeals of forfeitures and penalties.
