Ali has great interest in Internet and also using Internet technologies to help developing countries like African ones to reduce poverty, ignorance and move forward to catch any development opportunity.

He was the head of the Maintenance and Computing Development Department of ONATEL (the National Telco of Burkina Faso, in West Africa). He graduated in IT & Telecommunications at the National Institute of Telecommunications (INT) in Evry (France) in 1996. Before that, he got his masters in physics at the University of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) in 1993.
