PiRRC encourages the sharing of information and industry data to aid ICT policymaking and regulation throughout the Pacific. They work with a cross-section of individuals to accomplish this goal, including national regulators, policymakers, and regional institutions such as University of the South Pacific and the [PIFS|Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat]. Their Steering Committee consists of representatives from Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Federated States of Micronesia, Samoa, Cook Islands, and Australia.<ref name="pircc-company"></ref>
