"The Applicant, Societe Francaise du Radiotelephone – SFR (hereinafter: “SFR”), is one of the largest providers (and first alternative provider) of mobile telecommunications services and Internet access providers in France. SFR SA is a 100% subsidiary of the Vivendi Group.
The Vivendi Group is one of the largest media conglomerates in the world. It has activities in music, television, film, publishing, telecommunications, Internet and video games.

At this stage, SFR SA has not developed concrete and tangible plans in order to move its online activities from SFR.fr and many other active domain names used by SFR SA and its subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures.
