Template:Person

Usage[edit source]

  • The following code block creates a "Person" template floating to the right of an article.
  • Choose a single option from the choices within curly brackets { and }, but remove the curly brackets. For example: affiliation = SSAC.
  • Every parameter is optional other than: "country".

|icann_group = The ICANN group that the person currently holds an association with, if any. {ALAC / ASO / ccNSO / GAC / GNSO / RSSAC / SSAC} (Property:Has ICANN affiliation)
|organization = Primary organization the person is associated with or owns (a business, government NGO, government agency, etc.)
|country = Territory; Territory (up to 2 territories, separated by a semicolon)
|languages = Language; Language; etc. (up to 5 languages, separated by a semicolon. Can be noted in English, in the language itself, or in 2 or 3 characters ISO codes)
|website = https://example.org; https://example.wiki (up to 2 websites, separated by a semicolon)
|soi = Complete SOI URL, which can be retrieved from https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/gnsosoi/overview
|user = ICANNWiki username without the "User:" prefix.
|platform name = social media user handle (see below for the supported platforms; e.g.: instagram = icannwiki)

Social media[edit source]

Any social media platform listed below can be called by this template, being rendered at its footer. E.g.: instagram = icannwiki will render an icon leading to: instagram.com/icannwiki/

Achievements[edit source]

Achievements are special expressions of recognition within the ICANNWiki ecosystem that can be either titles or badges. These are awarded by the system or by administrators and are not added by editors themselves.
