TrustCon [1] is a global conference focused on trust and safety in the digital space. It brings together diverse stakeholders—including digital rights defenders, content moderators, civil society organizations, tech companies, and policymakers—to discuss strategies, challenges, and innovations that advance safety, human rights, and trust online.

Organized by the Digital Trust & Safety Partnership [2], TrustCon provides a platform for the global trust and safety community to share experiences, build networks, and co-create solutions for some of the internet’s most pressing challenges, such as harmful content, platform accountability, and user protection.

The event emphasizes inclusivity and evidence-based approaches to digital governance, and plays a growing role in shaping global norms around platform responsibility and digital resilience.

Goals

  • Strengthen the global trust and safety field
  • Promote human-centered governance approaches
  • Encourage cross-sector collaboration on digital rights and safety
  • Build capacity among practitioners and policymakers
