I am working as a deputy manager of .masr IDN ccTLD at telecome regulator of Egypt. Graduated from faculty of engineering , Cairo university , Communication and Electronics department. Diploma of Computer Science Engineering, Ain-Shams university. Linux administrator. DNS administrator. Web developer. Java Certified Programmer. I was ICANN-54 Fellow "Dublin-IreLand" TF-AIDN member.

He is also a member of Universal Acceptance Steering Group “UASG”, the group concept is that all domain names should be treated equally, recently he is elected to be UA ambassador.

Also he is a member of EMOJIs study group that targets using of EMOJIs in the second level domain names and how this affects the security and other issues related to EMOJIs like similarities … etc.

He recently joined AFRALO after ICANN63 where AFRALO is the home of the individual Internet user community for the African region.
