Mr. M.C.L. Rodrigo, Additional Secretary (Development) at Ministry of Telecommunication, Digital Infrastructure and Foreign Employments is a special grade member of Sri Lanka Administrative Service in Sri Lanka. Previously held position of Additional Secretary to Hon. Prime Minister of Sri Lanka and Additional Secretary (Administration) to Ministry of Labour Relations. I have gained experience in multi disciplinary fields of work at Divional, District and Provincial levels in the public service. As a manager in the public sector for 26 years, I have a solid background in public administration and management, with strong emphasis in regional development planning and ICT. I have consistently gained and achieved satisfaction of customers, the public as well as private domains in achieving targets. I am highly skilled in resource allocation and management, developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures towards the targets. I am fully competent at and confident with delivering my knowledge and skills in the mode of a mix of ICT and management, especially innovative e-applications like e-Health and e-Office system development.
