ICANN60 Fellow from Mauritius. Duksh is a geek from the tropical island of Mauritius who spend his time dreaming, designing, building online content management platforms based on open source technologies while being active on Internet governance related issues on a global level with a focus in the African region by being part of the African Network Information Centre (AFRINIC) for over 10 years now. As a LLM student in Internet Law and Policy from the Strathclyde University of Scotland, Duksh conducted research works in order to understand the legal aspects and implications related to Internet Governance, Domain Name Resolution, E-commerce Law and International Intellectual Property Rights. He publishes those research works as blogs in order to share his knowledge and accelerate further research work conducted by other IG fellows.
