Betsy is the Senior Researcher and Academic Specialist in the Public Responsibility Support department at ICANN. She oversees research projects and manages the online learning platform ICANN Learn. Betsy is involved in Public Interest, Human Rights, and Diversity Discussions at ICANN and works closely with NextGen and Fellows as well as other capacity-development initiatives. Betsy joined ICANN in December 2015. She holds a PhD in English Literature from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
