Emmanuel oruk is a Cybersecurity consultant, Digital Skills facilitator, and online safety practitioner in the Civil Society Space. He works with Trident Youth Engagement Uganda as a Program Coordinator, he is a Missions Publiques Fellow representing Uganda. Also, Emmanuel is an AFRALO Member actively involved in ICANN's meetings and physical engagements in and outside Uganda. Furthermore, Emmanuel is a Wikimedian Editor volunteering with the Wikimedia Uganda User Group and has tremendously contributed to credible articles and other sister Wikimedia projects in the African Region.
