Ho Ming-Syuan is the project manager at Taiwan Association for Human Rights(TAHR). He's responsible for the Taiwan Internet Transparency Report. He also conducts advocacy research on issues regarding privacy and freedom of expression for TAHR such as wiretapping, eID , ETC, health data, and intermediary liability.
