Jade joined ICANN in January 2016 as Registry Services & Engagement Manager. She is based in Asia Pacific Hub Office in Singapore and a member of the Global Domains Division.
Jade is responsible for managing all stages of the services lifecycle from planning to execution, implementing educational outreach programs, driving cross-organizational projects which include legal, contracts, operations and acting as advocate to engage with gTLD registry operators for ICANN.
Prior to joining ICANN, Jade was the Program Manager – Team Lead for IBM / Lenovo managing end to end global supply chain operation, closing world-wide critical component shortages, pioneering participation and sales agreements, and driving process improvement initiatives. She achieved a number of excellence awards during her 15 years’ tenure with the companies.
Jade holds a JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) level 1 certificate, a Bachelor of Arts with Merit in Mathematics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Materials Management from Singapore Institute of Materials Management and an MBA from the University of Nottingham.
