Kenny Chantre holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and currently serves as a Pan-African Youth Ambassador for Internet Governance and Ambassador of the Youth IGF Cape Verde. With a strong focus on promoting digital inclusion and technological transformation, he was selected for the ICANN@NextGen78 program, where he presented an innovative project to install an IMRS (Root Server managed by ICANN) in Cape Verde. The project aims to improve the country’s digital infrastructure, ensuring faster and more secure internet access.
