Linda has extensive knowledge in the Ombuds environment.

She holds a M.A. in Evaluation and Measurement and a Ph.D. in Adult Education.

She has been training ombuds investigators for large Canadian Federal Government departments in conducting systemic investigations. She also helped Education and Research team, from Ombuds Office, developed educational products for their constituents.
