I have joined ICANN as NextGenner in Helsinki 2016 at 56th meeting. In 59th meeting I will be participating as the Ambassador.

I am Ph.D. student at the Institute of Law and Technology, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. We are dealing with legal questions closely connected with the modern technologies at the institute (for more information please visit: http://uptprfmu.weebly.com/). I am lecturer of the Law of Domain Names subject (and other subjects which are also partly dealing with the issues concerning domain names). I am highly enthusiastic about governance of (generic) top level domain names and its future also due to the planned changes as it is partly connected with the topic of my dissertation, which is out-of-court online dispute resolution (used also to settle the domain name disputes).
