I am a Brazilian attorney and the founding partner of Gardemann & Vidotti, a law firm specializing in Telecommunications Law and Digital Law, serving more than 70 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) across Brazil. I have over 10 years of experience advising ISPs and working with ANATEL regulations.

I was selected as an ICANN Fellow at ICANN66 (Canada) and ICANN74 (The Hague), and participated as a NextGen at ICANN62 (Panama). I am also an alumna of the 5th Class of the Brazilian Internet Governance School (EGI.br), where I currently serve as a member of the selection committee for new participants.

I have been a panelist, rapporteur, or proposer in sessions approved for the 7th through 12th and 14th editions of the Brazilian Internet Forum (FIB), and have authored several articles published in ISPMAIS Magazine, a leading publication for Brazilian ISPs.

I am also the creator of “Direito Connect”, a non-profit project and Instagram page (@direito.connect) dedicated to sharing knowledge on Digital Law and Internet Governance with lawyers, students, and the general public.
