Igor Mocni (Motsnyi) is an IP lawyers, consultant and a UDRP panelist based in Serbia. Igor's main focus are trademarks and domain names, including trademark registration worldwide, brand protection and domain name disputes. Igor had worked as inhouse counsel in software companies and as an attorney in "Big Law" firms before establishing his own private IP consultancy "Motsnyi IP" (aka Motsnyi Legal) in the end of 2010. Igor is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on domain names, IP and trademarks and is one of the organizers of the international conference in Belgrade, Serbia - "Protection of IP in Digital Environment". He is a UDRP panelist and URS examiner and he also represented both complainants and respondents in UDRP proceedings. Igor is a co-author of "UDRP Perspectives on Recent Jurisprudence" together with Zak Muscovitch. "UDRP Perspectives" is a a curated collection of up-to-date case law and case commentaries on the UDRP for each topic that includes notable decisions from all five (5) current UDRP Providers and is regularly updated.
