Doreen Nandutu Nabuzale is a passionate and driven graduate holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunication Engineering with Second Class Honors (Upper Division) from Makerere University and a member of ISOC Uganda. Currently serving as a Graduate Intern at eLAAB Limited since December 2023, Doreen provides comprehensive technical support to staff and customers, ensuring optimal functionality of networking equipment. She actively engages in continuous research and learning endeavors to enhance her expertise in network security. Beyond her professional endeavors, Doreen has demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development through participation in conferences, training, and workshops. Notably, she authored and presented a paper entitled “A Power Sharing Scheme for the Yaka Prepaid Power System in Uganda” at the IEEE ENERGYCON 2024 conference. Doreen participated in ITU Academy training on Spectrum Management for Final year students in Africa. Additionally, Doreen is a former mentee of Girls for Girls Uganda and an upcoming mentor for the G4G STEM cohort, passionately dedicated to empowering girls to lead. Her unwavering dedication to her field and continuous pursuit of knowledge exemplify her as a promising leader.
