As far as I remember I have always been a curious one who is driven by constant hunger for knowledge and adventure. As a result, I have managed to earn two bachelors’ and one master’s degree in the fields of Computer Science, International Relations and International Business Economics. This is because, I'm not only used to challenging myself in new things, I sincerely enjoy it. I thrive in an environment where no two days spent doing same things in same way. After my last graduation, I joined an IT Service Start-up company as the Chief Operations Manager – a role that equally combines business skills with technical know-hows. As you may have guessed, I am responsible for all areas of operations at Mogul Service and Support LLC – from day-to-day leadership to overall management of the company. Over the past two years with my company, I am proud to say that our company has officially passed start-up phase, doubled the number of employees and our revenue. In addition to my primary job functions, I have grown passionate about the topics of gender equality and more specifically gender equality in ICT sector. Following my passion, in 2017 I have attended a summer school on Gender equality at University of Oslo, Norway and got training on addressing gender equality issues. Currently I am working on a project to empower women’s participation in Mongolian ICT sector. In my spare time, I love to visit new places, meet new people or simply enjoy working out.
