Is a Lecturer and researcher in Telecommunications from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and The University of York UK. He obtained his masters and PhD degree in Telecommunications from the University of York in 2010 and 2015 respectively. His first ICANN meeting was ICANN 61 in Puerto Rico. He is a member of the At-Large and RSSAC.
