Peter Cihon studies Computer Science and Technology Policy at the University of Cambridge. ICANN58 is first meeting. His research has focused on Net Neutrality research in Myanmar and changing privacy norms' conflict with American legal standards. He holds a BA in Sociology and Political Economy from Williams College, USA, and is a former visiting student at the Oxford Internet Institute.
