Mr. Shavkat Sabirov was born June 16 1961. He graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (Russia) and obtained a Diploma in Financial Management and Services from Seneca College (Canada). Possesses more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector. Acted as a technical and programming expert in multiple projects related to e-commerce and e-government. From 2010 repeatedly represented Kazakhstan at the UN, OSCE, ICANN53, RIPE NCC international conferences dedicated to information technologies and freedom of media. Currently occupies the position of the President of the Internet Association of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the committee for new technologies of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, member of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
