Ms. Stowers is the Principal IT/Telecom Policy Analyst for the Samoa Ministry of Communications and Information Technology since 2015. She is currently leading the IT/Telecom Policy Team through research and development of ICT related policies and strategies. She has extensive experience in Policy developments across Government organisations and she was highly involved on the development of the Samoa National Cybersecurity Strategy 2016-2021. She has been representing Samoa in regional and international workshops, conferences and forums in ICT Policies and Cyber Security. Ms Stowers holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Samoa, Apia.
