Arsene Tungali is a Congolese citizen, passionate by media, online journalism and ICT in general. He has attended high level meetings such as the Internet Governance Forum (as an ISOC Ambassador); ICANN meetings as an ICANN Fellow) and other major ICT-related meetings. He is a young entrepreneur running both an NGO and a business both based in the DRCongo.
He loves traveling the world, meeting people and enjoying life. He loves and trusts God.
