Victoria's key responsibility is to drive the development of ICANN’s culture of excellence by working closely with ICANN’s management team and subject matter experts.

Victoria also takes on projects assist in developing and advising departments on best practice methodologies, frameworks, structures, processes, and systems/tools to measure and improve performance, so that ICANN will continue to elevate accountability and transparency to the community.

Victoria has a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Windsor, ON, Canada and a Bachelor's of Commerce – International Business from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH.
