Bill Doshier is the President of dotStrategy, an entity created to apply for new TLDs via ICANN's New gTLD Program. It has applied for .buzz and .fun; the former is an uncontested TLD given that there are no other applicants. Mr. Doshier's background is in the aerospace industry and distribution as a defense contractor with his own company that provides military-spec materials. He believes that he is the only applicant, other than Walmart, to come from the U.S. state of Arkansas.
Bill is a marathon runner and avid trout fisherman, and had strongly considered also applying for .fishing.[1]
