== Career History ==
From 2008 to 2010, he was the First Deputy to the National Accreditation Agency. He has also served as the Head of the Analytical Department and Co-chief of the Scientific Council in the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Ukraine (2006 to 2008). He led the NGO, Privacy Ukraine, for 6 years.
