Essential ICANN Officers are enumerated in the ICANN Bylaws.[1] Other officers may be appointed by the ICANN Board and directed by the ICANN President.[1]

Appointed Officers & Executive Team Members

The ICANN Board has created officer roles to support the organization in its strategic, technical, and policy development processes.
