Rahman Khan is a member of ISOC Bangladesh Board of Trustees. He was the Assistant Director of Systems and Services at the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission,[1]. The commission coordinates the country's IDN manager Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited, and initiated the re-delegation process with IANA.
