Herve Clement is the Head of the Naming, Addressing and Numbering Department at Orange and a member of the ASO Address Council.[1]

Career History[edit | edit source]

Clement has worked for Orange for over 22 years. He started as an R&D project manager in Sep 1998 and is now the Head of the Naming, Addressing and Numbering Department.[2]

ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]

Clement has been an ASO council member since January 2018. He has been the Numbering, Addressing and Naming Issues (NANI) Working Group Vice Chair for the European Telecommunications Network Operators'​ Association (ETNO) since 2017.

Education[edit | edit source]

Clement studied mathematics and statistics at Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II), Polytech Clermont-Ferrand, and Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.[3]
