Kim Davies is the Vice President of IANA Services and President of Public Technical Identifiers at ICANN.[1] Before this position, Davies was the Director of Technical Services at ICANN. His primary responsibilities are for DNS root zone management and other domain name-related aspects of IANA's work.[2]

Davies has attended over 10 ICANN Meetings.[3]
