Beyond her professional endeavors, Doreen has demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development through participation in conferences, training, and workshops. Notably, she authored and presented a paper entitled “A Power Sharing Scheme for the Yaka Prepaid Power System in Uganda” at the IEEE ENERGYCON 2024 conference. Doreen participated in ITU Academy training on Spectrum Management for Final year students in Africa.
