Muhammed Rudman is the CEO of the Internet eXchange Point of Nigeria (IXPN), Nigeria's first and only neutral IXP. He is also the director of NiRA, the .ng registry, and the DNS Administrator contact for Nigeria. He is interested in DNS and DNSSEC, and is a member of Nigeria's CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team).
