Javier Rua-Jovet is a Puerto Rican public servant and telecoms regulator, with periods of private practice focused on public-interest and government affairs.

Career[edit | edit source]

Rua-Jovet was initially in the field of natural resources, environmental and energy issues, but recently transitioned to the ICT side.
