Carlos Friacas is the Senior Network Engineer & Project Manager at FCCN.[1] He has also been involved in the European IPv6 Projects 6NET and 6DISS, and is on the IPv6 Task Force Steering Committee.[2]
Friacas recieved his Ph.D. in computer science from the Universidade de Lisboa.
Career History
He has been a Systems Engineer at University of Lisbon.[3]
