He has been with the University since 2001 and with enREDo since 2010.[1] Mr. Hernández is involved in ICANN's LACRALO, and ISOC Colombia.[2] His work involves representing Internet users and supporting political action and Internet governance that supports the end user.
enREDo is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and support professionals involved in network design, architecture, and ICT.[3] It is involved in At-Large and LACRALO activities within ICANN.[4]
