Julia Charvolen is the Senior GAC Services Coordinator at ICANN, where she provides general administrative support to the GAC. She has held this role since January 2014. She is also involved with the ALAC and GNSO communities.

Charvolen holds an MBA from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises; a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from IDRAC Business School in Nice, France; and a License in English and Foreign Languages Civilization from the University of Aix-Marseille, France.
