Wolf Ludwig is an independent media journalist and consultant, and the current Chair of EURALO. He also works as Community Coordinator for Wikimedia CH and as a consultant for SATW's ICT Commission.[1]
Career History
- Studied English and Economics at the English Institute in Heidelberg.
- In 1997, Wolf was placed as head of a project to merge six Swiss media associations, creating Comedia. Wolf served as Head of Department Electronic Media for Comedia until 2006. [2]
- Helped to found Comunica-ch in 2003, representing them at WSIS I and II. [3]
- Founding member of EuroDIG and co-organiser of the first and second meetings, October 08 in Strasbourg and September 09 in Geneva. [4]
Publications
- Independent media journalist since 2006.
- Assisted in German translation and adaptation of the Internet Literacy Handbook, published by the Council of Europe. [6]
- Co-authored the Global Information Society Watch's 2008 report on Access to Infrastructure, the 2009 report on Access to Content, and the 2010 report on e-Waste. [7]
