She holds a B.A. degree from Mills College.

Career History

Roseman became the member of ISPCP Constituencey and ASO Address Council in 2000, which was the beginning of her affiliation to ICANN. In 2002, she served as the chair of Address Council. She has also served as a member of the American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN) Advisory Council.

Since January 2003, she has been working with ICANN in consultancy roles, offering assistance for the GNSO Council and Task Forces. She has also been steadily participating in the RIR community. She was appointed to the IANA General Manager role in September 2007.[3]
