German Valdez is the External Relations Program Director APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Center) and the Executive Secretary for the NRO (The Number Resource Organization). He is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and providing strategic direction for all communication and public relations activities at APNIC.[1][2]

Apart from APNIC, he also serves as the Member of the IPv6 Task Force Mexico and the IPv6 Latin America Task Force. He is also a Member of the ISOC Advisory Council.
