Santiago Ruiz Barragán is an advisor at the International Office of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of Colombia. He is currently helping in the translation of several articles of ICANNWiki from English to Spanish. He is based in Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

Career History

Ministry of ICT (August 2016-Currently)

Santiago has been working as an advisor at the International Office of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of Colombia since August 2016. He began working in the translation process with ICANNWiki since November 2016. In this role, his responsibilities include translating several articles provided by Dustin Phillips in order to publish them on the ICANNWiki page, and also to inform any typos in the original text.

Before receiving his BA, Santiago did an internship at the Embassy of Colombia in Germany, working at the Area of Politics and Human Rights.
