She has been the IT Director for the Coeur d'Alene Tribe since 1999.

Fast Horse was selected as one of the very first two Tribal Ambassadors to represent Tribal Nations at ICANN 57 in Hyderabad, India, along with fellow Tribal Ambassador, April D. Tinhorn from the Hualapai Tribe of Arizona.
