She has been the IT Director for the Coeur d'Alene Tribe since 1999.

ICANN Involvement[edit | edit source]

Fast Horse was selected as one of the very first two Tribal Ambassadors to represent Tribal Nations at ICANN 57 in Hyderabad, India, along with fellow Tribal Ambassador, April D. Tinhorn from the Hualapai Tribe of Arizona.

She has been involved in many aspects of Internet Governance since 1997 when she got her first dial-up account.
