Mukhangu Noah Maina is a former ASO counselor and an IP Networks and Unix Systems Engineer with over 14 years of technical and industry experience in IP-based Carrier-Grade Network Service Provider infrastructure.[1]

Career History[edit | edit source]

Noah is the IP Peering Coordinator at SEACOM, a Pan-African Submarine Network Services Provider where he coordinates and manages all SEACOM’s private and public peering arrangements across SEACOM’s Global IP/MPLS Network. He has trained computer network engineers for capacity-building organizations across Africa, such as Africa Network Operators Group (AFNOG), the Tanzania Network Operators Group (tzNOG), and TEN School of Tech.

ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]

Noah is a Technical committee member of the Tanzania Internet Service Providers Association (TISPA) and was recently appointed Secretary General. Noah is an active member of the AFRINIC Policy Development Working Group.
