The DNS Security Threat Mitigation Program is an ICANN Organization program that provides research, data, and expertise to the community so stakeholders can engage in fact-based discussions about DNS Abuse and cybersecurity; tools for mitigating DNS security threats; and enforcing Contractual Compliance provisions in the Registry Agreement, Registrar Accreditation Agreement, and ICANN Consensus Policies through audits and the pursuit of complaints.[1]
