She is Project Coordinator on a number of ICT initiatives deploying the meaningful application of ICT including Multi-Channel Service Delivery which aims at a more citizen-centric Government and the Computer Refurbishment Programme which addresses e-Waste.
Sheba lectures the South American and Mainland Caribbean Group on the Diplo Capacity Building Programme on Internet Governance.
