| Iván Vargas Chaves is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex corporate litigation, contract law, international trade and intellectual property matters. He finished his law degree at the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá and obtained a postgraduate degree course in arbitration and mediation in intellectual property disputes at the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO.
