Hifzur Rehman is the Federal Secretary of Information Technology and Telecom Ministry of Pakistan. He has been working for the development of IT and software industry of Pakistan on behalf of the ministry, implementing different new national policies for Information technology, creating new scopes of IT and software market, forming nationwide groups and foundations and encouraging foriegn investment in the IT field of Pakistan.
